Chef Nina R. Bryant
There’s something to be said for someone who pours their entire presence on earth on a plate. Nina is that. She is color, flavor and pow with a dash of smoked paprika on a plate.
Nina began her culinary career at Virginia College. While studying there she acquired a position at One Ocean’s Forbes Five Star Restaurant, Azurea. She became very focused and worked her way up to a Sous Chef position at a boutique hotel in their luxury division, The Melrose. And of course she didn’t stop there. After her tenure as Executive Chef for United Airlines, Dulles she decided she wanted to spread her wings.
She returned to Jacksonville where she began creating relationships with certain high profile athletes, investment bankers and real estate moguls in the area. From there she decided to launch LoveLustFood’s Dinner Party’s. It allows her to express herself creatively while still utilizing farm to table ingredients that are locally sourced.
